Do I need a fitting first?
New clients start with one. It is where we talk, measure and try units. If you already have a unit, you can book a cut, a style or a wash.
How long does a fitting take?
About 90 minutes. Each service on the menu shows its own time.
Do you work with every hair texture?
Yes. A unit sits over any hair, and we show you how to prepare yours underneath.
Can I bring a friend or a family member?
One guest is welcome. The suite has room for one more chair.
Do I need to bring a unit?
No. If you have one, even an old one, it shows us how you like it to sit.
Can you color a unit?
Yes, after a consultation and a strand check. Results vary with the unit.
Can I order a unit?
Yes. Tell us the length, texture and color, and we will say how long it takes to arrive.
Do you do a patch test?
If you use an adhesive, yes, before the first install and following the maker's directions.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the unit, the cutting and the time. How pricing works explains what sets it, and the booking page shows the studio's prices.
