How pricing works
Every unit and every head is different. Here is what sets the price, and when you see it.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: the unit you choose, the cutting and customizing it needs, the time the work takes, and any color work. A quote comes before a unit is ordered or colored, and you say yes first.
The unit: its length, density, texture and how it is made
Cutting and customizing, by the time they take
Installing and styling, by the time they take
Color or toning, after a strand check
The fitting is the consultation. We talk, measure and try units on you, and you decide what to take home. Its price shows when you book, and the studio says at booking whether it counts toward a unit you buy here.
Deposits
A deposit holds the room for a fitting, a color visit or a custom order, and it goes toward your service. The booking page shows the amount before you confirm.
How and when you pay
You pay for a visit when it ends, by card or in cash. A unit that is ordered to your measurements is paid for when it is ordered, because it is made or sourced for you.
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking, so the room can go to someone else. If you are running late, call or text and we will fit in as much of your time as we can.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A gloss, a different length or a change of plan on the day is quoted in the room before we start, and nothing is added until you say so.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one by card when you pay, or leave cash.
