Install and styling
A unit secured and styled on you, so it sits well and comes off easily.
Your own hair goes under the unit in whatever way suits it: braided down, flat-twisted, or in a wrap. We choose how the unit is held with you, from a cap and combs to a band or an adhesive you are comfortable with, and we style it once it is on.
You leave knowing how to put it on yourself, how to take it off, and how to keep your own hair comfortable underneath.
What happens
The visit, in order

Step 1: Look at your hair
We see how you wear your own hair and decide how to prepare it so the unit sits flat.
- 0230 min
Step 2: Prepare and secure
Your hair is braided, twisted or wrapped, the unit is placed and secured the way you chose.
- 0325 min
Step 3: Style
The part, the hairline and the finish are set on you, with a curl, a press or a set.
- 0410 min
Step 4: Learn it
We go through putting it on, taking it off and what to do on the first few days.

Do you use adhesive?
Only if you want it. A cap and combs or a band hold a unit well for many clients. If you choose an adhesive, we do a patch test first.
How long will a style last?
It depends on how you wear the unit and how you care for it. We go through what to expect before you leave.
Can I bring a unit I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Bring it to the fitting or to an install and we will look at the fit together.
